Flexlock Invisible with our standard system “Card”. Invisible is the hidden lock installed on the inside of the furniture, giving the storage a clean and elegant appearance. It is an electronic lock using RFID technology and is suitable for most types of storage units with wooden fronts.

Locks for smarter and more convenient storage. Flexlock Invisible is an RFID based lock mounted on the inside of the furniture, making it completely invisible from the outside and giving the furniture a clean and stylish look. Flexlock Invisible can be installed in both new and existing storage solutions. The lock is battery powered and requires no external power supply. It is available in two RFID technologies: Mifare 13.56 MHz or EM 125 kHz. The lock itself is supplemented by lock plates designed to suit drawers, sliding doors, pull out storage, and all types of cabinets with doors. The locks can be easily programmed to add or remove users — or to change the lock function, for example to set time limited access. Versions adapted for the Card+ or Smart systems are also available.

There are three different systems for the locks: Card, Card+, and Smart.

Card is our standard system, where cards or tags are used as keys. Administration is done locally at each individual lock using programming cards. This is a convenient system for managing a smaller number of users and locks that do not change frequently. It can be integrated with existing RFID cards or tags. For our Card system, the Invisible lock is available in both Mifare and EM versions, and also a Mifare version equipped with LED.

Card+ has the same functions as Card, but also offers access to the locks via our Card+ app. Scan the QR code on the front to gain access to the storage. No cloud solutions or license fees are required. Administration is done locally at each lock using programming cards. Invisible locks with Card+ are available only in Mifare.

Smart is a flexible system where mobile phones, cards, or tags can be used as keys. It offers cloud based central administration via computer, enabling management of many locks across multiple locations. It works with both iPhone and Android. Invisible locks with Smart are available only in Mifare.

Flexlock is a locking system that can be upgraded as your business grows. Your existing Invisible locks that use Flexlock Card can be easily upgraded with a Bluetooth module to enable Card+ or Smart. It is also possible to upgrade between Card+ and Smart by upgrading the module. This makes Flexlock a future proof solution that evolves with your organization.
